The comos9 VIP programme is designed to reward every loyal player — from weekly cashback bonuses and exclusive gifts to VIP table access and a dedicated personal account manager. Every bet you place is counted and valued.
Every ringgit you wager at comos9 earns VIP points. The higher your tier, the greater the rewards waiting for you — from cashback to exclusive gifts.
Every wager you place at comos9 — across football, Live Casino, slots, and table games — contributes to your VIP points. Here's an example of how an active comos9 VIP member's progress typically looks:
Important Note: comos9 VIP points never expire as long as your account remains active with at least one wager placed within any 90-day period. Accumulated points can be converted to cash credits or used to advance to higher VIP tiers.
The comos9 VIP program goes beyond cashback — there's a whole range of rewards designed to make every session more valuable and worthwhile.
Every Monday, a portion of your previous week's net losses is credited back to your account. The percentage depends on your VIP tier — from 1% for Bronze up to 8% for Diamond. No complicated rollover requirements; credits are ready to use immediately.
Every time you advance to a higher VIP tier at comos9, a credit bonus is instantly applied to your account — RM 50 for Silver, RM 150 for Gold, and an impressive RM 500 when you reach Diamond.
Comos9 VIP members from Silver tier and above receive Free Spins on selected jackpot slots every week — 10 spins for Silver, 25 for Gold, and 50 for Diamond. Winnings from these Free Spins are credited with no additional conditions.
Comos9 never forgets your special day. Gold VIP members and above receive an exclusive birthday reward every year — typically in the form of free credits, bonus Free Spins, or a special deposit bonus available only during your birth month.
Diamond members at comos9 get access to a dedicated personal account manager reachable via WhatsApp, phone, or LiveChat 24/7. Your manager assists with priority withdrawal requests, personalised bonus offers, and any technical issues you may have.
Every VIP point you earn at comos9 can be converted to cash credits at any time from the Rewards section of your account. The conversion rate is 1,000 Points = RM 10. There is no minimum conversion requirement and credits are available for use immediately after conversion.
VIP points are calculated based on the game type and your current VIP tier. Different games earn points at different rates — here is the complete breakdown:

Bonus Extras: During special promotions at comos9 — such as key Malaysia Super League or EPL matches — VIP point rates can be doubled for a limited period. Gold and Diamond members often receive early access to these double-point promotions.
* The VIP point rates above apply to real-money wagers only. Demo play or bets placed using bonus credits do not count.
There's no shortage of online betting platforms offering "VIP" programs — but if you've tried a few, you probably know that most are VIP in name only. Complicated terms, points that are painfully slow to accumulate, and rewards that simply aren't worth the time and money you put in. At comos9, we built this VIP program differently.
First and foremost: the comos9 VIP program is fully automatic. There is no application to submit, no customer support to contact, and no lengthy form to fill in for a tier upgrade. Our system tracks your VIP points in real time with every wager placed — once your points hit the threshold for the next tier, the upgrade happens automatically and your tier-up bonus is credited within 24 hours.
Ask any comos9 VIP member which reward they value most, and the most common answer is the weekly cashback. Every Monday morning, comos9 calculates your net losses from the previous Monday through Sunday and returns a percentage based on your VIP tier. For Diamond members, that means up to 8% of net losses credited back — with no stringent rollover conditions.
This is more than just a perk — it's a genuine safety net. Even a rough week at comos9 still puts something back in your pocket through cashback that can serve as bankroll for the week ahead. Smart players treat this weekly cashback as part of their long-term bankroll management strategy.
The VIP points system at comos9 is designed to be straightforward and easy to use. No complex calculations, no confusing point categories. Every RM 10 wagered on slots earns you points, every RM 10 on football earns you points — all tallied and added to your account instantly.
The conversion rate is fixed and transparent: 1,000 Points = RM 10 credit. No unreasonable weekly conversion caps. Got 5,000 points? Redeem them for RM 50 credit and use it to bet on tonight's Malaysia Super League match. It's that simple. Credits redeemed from VIP points at comos9 carry no additional rollover requirements — they're immediately available to use or withdraw.
Create an account in under 2 minutes. You are automatically enrolled as a Bronze VIP member from day one — no registration fee, no minimum deposit requirement to get started with the VIP program.
Deposit using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). Every wager you place at comos9 — from EPL football to jackpot slots — automatically earns VIP points.
Log in to your comos9 account and head to the "VIP Rewards" section to view your current point total, active VIP tier, and how many more points you need to reach the next level. All information is displayed in real time.
Once your VIP points hit the threshold for the next tier, the upgrade happens automatically. Level-up bonuses are credited within 24 hours — from MYR 50 up to MYR 500 deposited directly into your account depending on your new tier.
Go to the "Redeem Points" section in your comos9 account, select how many points you want to convert, and the credits are applied instantly. Weekly cashback is credited automatically every Monday — no action required on your end.

Many players who join the comos9 VIP program start out playing as they normally would and let their points accumulate naturally — and that's a perfectly good way to begin. But if you want to reach Gold or Diamond faster, there are a few approaches that can help you earn points more efficiently without needing to significantly increase your wagering amount.
Noticed in the comos9 VIP point rate table above that slots and jackpots earn the most points compared to all other game types? That's because slots have a much faster play rate — you can complete hundreds of spins in the same time it takes to play a few rounds at a live casino table. If your goal is to move up the VIP tiers faster, consider dedicating part of your session to playing slots at comos9, especially when there are no major football matches you want to follow.
This does not mean you need to completely change how you play — always stay within limits you are comfortable with. The key insight is that RM 100 wagered on slots will earn more VIP points than the same RM 100 at a Baccarat table. If you have the choice and VIP points are a consideration, slots is the more efficient option.
Comos9 runs double VIP points promotions periodically — typically timed around major Malaysia Super League fixtures, EPL matches, or international tournaments. During these periods, your points rate is doubled for selected games. Gold and Diamond members often receive early access or advance notice of these promotions ahead of regular members.
The best way to make the most of these promotions at comos9 is to plan your bigger wagers around double-point promotion periods rather than spreading them evenly throughout the week. This means you earn more points from the same total wagering amount, which significantly speeds up your VIP progress.
One thing to keep in mind is that the comos9 VIP program — as rewarding as it is — should never be a reason to bet beyond your means. VIP points are a bonus that comes from your gameplay, not a target worth chasing at the expense of the financial limits you've set for yourself.
Comos9 provides responsible gaming tools within your account — including daily deposit limits, weekly wagering limits, and a self-exclusion feature if needed. Use these tools alongside the VIP programme to ensure you enjoy your rewards without exceeding your personal boundaries. The longest-standing VIP members in the comos9 programme are those who play consistently and responsibly, not those who wager heavily in a short period.
"I've been playing at comos9 for over a year and I'm now a Diamond VIP. The best part is definitely the weekly cashback — every Monday, credits land in my account automatically without me having to do a thing. My personal account manager is incredibly helpful too; I can just WhatsApp them directly whenever something comes up. It really makes you feel valued as a loyal player."
"The comos9 VIP program is one of the most straightforward I've come across. No forms to fill, no need to request an upgrade — everything runs automatically. I've converted my VIP points to credits three times now, and each time it came through instantly. Last week's cashback was RM 180 — enough to cover this week's deposit. Definitely worth playing at comos9."
"I just hit Gold VIP at comos9 after a few months playing slots and EPL football. The RM 150 upgrade bonus was a pleasant surprise — it credited within a day. I use my 25 Weekly Free Spins on jackpot slots every week without fail. Adding more Live Casino tables for Gold VIP would make the experience even better."
