1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the comos9 platform — including the website, mobile app or any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the comos9 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Eligibility & Age Requirements

The comos9 platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

• Age 18 years of age and above on the date of registration
• Residing in or legally present in Malaysia at the time of using the platform
• Not on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming programme
• Has not previously been banned from using the comos9 platform
• Registering in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party

Comos9 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. 3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account on comos9 at any one time. All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. comos9 reserves the right to verify this information before processing your first withdrawal or whenever deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Comos9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via legitimate payment methods available in Malaysia. Currently accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other licensed banks). comos9 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered under the name of the same account holder. comos9 does not accept payments from third parties and does not permit withdrawals to accounts that do not belong to the comos9 account owner. 6 Sports Betting & E-Sports Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out feature (where available for that match)
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be deemed void and funds returned — unless the specific conditions of that market state otherwise
• In the event of a technical error causing clearly incorrect odds to be displayed, comos9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to players

Comos9 enforces strict anti-fraud principles. Any evidence or indication of coordinated betting, use of automated software, or exploitation of system errors will result in account suspension and funds being frozen pending investigation.

In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino session, comos9 will use transaction records stored on the server to determine the valid outcome. If the records are insufficient for a fair resolution, the affected bets will be voided and funds returned.

8 Account Management, Suspension & Closure
